Bad Beat Jackpot

Rules, Terms, & Conditions

1.      The Bad Beat Jackpot is when one specific four (4) of a kind or better is beaten by a larger hand.

2.      All Jackpot and Promotion Rules for the Silks Poker Room shall also be enforced with this and any promotion.

3.      Both player’s hole cards MUST play in the best POSSIBLE five (5) card combination to be eligible for the Jackpot, four   (4) of a kind must include a pocket pair.

4.      The Jackpot is not progressive and will be eliminated when reached with the specific combination of cards set forth by the Silks Poker Room.

5.      Players participating at the table on which a Bad Beat occurs will receive a table-share of the Progressive Jackpot so long as the player was dealt in for the hand that the jackpot occurred.

6.      25% of the Progressive Jackpot shall be divided evenly, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar, as a table share pursuant to number 4 above.

7.      The High Hand Player (the player with the hand which beats the Bad Beat Player) shall receive 25% of the total Progressive Jackpot, rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

8.      The Bad Beat Player shall receive 50% of the total Progressive Jackpot.

9.      The total pot must be at a minimum $10.00 including any house and jackpot rake.

10.    The deck in play shall be verified and surveillance footage reviewed to verify there has been no tampering or foul play of any kind.  Evidence of such may, at Management’s sole discretion, void the Jackpot.

11.    The Jackpot may change at any time with or without prior notice or warning.

12.    Management’s decisions are final.
